Ace · A Powers Realty Team idea

Ace: Support for your move—and life after it.

Ace is being developed as the Powers Realty Team’s digital guide to the home journey. Its purpose is to make the process easier to understand, help clients organize what matters, and keep them connected with Mackie, Alisha, and the Powers team.

Made for Houston moves—and for the relationship that continues when the keys are already yours.

01

Its overall function

Guidance, resources, and human support.

Ace is intended to connect guidance, useful resources, and human support around the client’s needs.

The real estate transaction is one chapter; the relationship continues long after closing.

What Ace is today

This page guides visitors to Powers resources and the team.

What Ace is not today

Connected AI assistance and automatic handoffs are planned, not active.

02 · Before, during, after

How Ace helps Powers clients.

Before a move, during the journey, and after closing, the purpose is the same: make the process easier to understand and keep you connected with the Powers team.

Prepare

Before a move

Find the right Powers resources, clarify priorities, and prepare questions about buying, selling, or leasing.

Useful for: a clearer conversation about what matters to you.
Organize

During the journey

Organize home preferences and ideas so conversations with the team are more focused and useful.

Useful for: gathering ideas without needing to decide everything at once.
Stay connected

After closing

Find resources for home care, keep useful information organized, and stay connected when new questions or needs arise.

Useful for: remembering the small care routines that come with ownership.

03 · A Houston move

From Dallas to the Heights.

A couple relocating to Houston knows they need three bedrooms and a home office; a yard would be nice, but it is not essential. In Camron Match, they keep those priorities clear, save two sample homes, and compare the facts available to them. If a detail is not confirmed, it stays unknown—not a promise.

They collect warm-oak kitchen references and room ideas in Aubree Vision, then speak with Mackie or Alisha to discuss a showing. After they move in, Maya Home gives them a place to note an HVAC filter date and the plumber they trust. The tools do not share those records with each other; the couple chooses what to bring into a conversation with the team.

01 · DecideKeep priorities distinct from nice-to-haves.
02 · ImagineCollect ideas for a home that feels like yours.
03 · SettleKeep care reminders and trusted contacts handy.
04 · Stay in touchReach the people who helped you get here.

04 · A relationship, not a handoff

Helpful for clients. Useful to the people serving them.

The purpose is not to put another layer between a client and their agent. It is to make the everyday parts of a home journey easier to organize, while keeping personal guidance personal.

For clients

Make the process easier to understand, organize what matters, and stay connected with Mackie, Alisha, and the Powers team.

For Mackie, Alisha, and Powers

The goal is better-prepared conversations, clearer next steps, and more consistent support—not replacing personal service with technology.

Any future sharing of client information between tools would require permission.

05 · Where the idea could go

Next

A direction, not a promise.

The planned direction for Ace is to make guidance feel more conversational and make it easier—with a client’s permission—to carry useful context into the next human conversation. That could mean clearer handoffs when someone is ready for an agent or another professional. These are intentions for future development, not capabilities available here today or a guaranteed launch schedule.

Guidance that listens

Explore conversational help as a way to orient people, not decide for them.

Continuity by choice

Any future continuity should be permission-based, with no assumed access to private records.

People stay central

Make the next human handoff clearer; do not replace agents or professional advice.

A useful place to begin

Good questions deserve good people.

Explore the explanation at your own pace. When you are ready to talk about a move—or life in the home after it—Mackie and Alisha are here to hear from you.

Ace is an introduction to separate resources and a proposed future direction. It is not a live assistant or a source of real-estate, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
